You see, it seems that there was some strange computer glitch that accidentally transmitted data to a satellite, which then "pushed" the information back down to earth. The information's target: the human brain. And it was not a random target. No, you could in fact sharpen the scope of the target group based upon any chosen value - in our situation, the glitch transmitted to people named Fred. Sorry about that Freds.
